Vastu: the architecture of well-being
Vastu Shastra is the Vedic science of space. It was born in India more than five thousand years ago and is a sister to Ayurveda and Jyotish astrology. It starts from a simple idea: the places where we sleep, cook and work are not neutral. The direction of the front door, the light that comes in each morning or the corner where unused things pile up are all in conversation with the five elements and the points of the compass. That conversation shows in how we rest, how we focus and how we treat each other at home.
No renovations and no beliefs required. Vastu works with what you already have: moving the bed, clearing an entrance, shifting the desk or choosing a colour. Small adjustments that give the home back its balance and the people in it their calm.
Vastu consulting for your space
I analyse your home or workplace from the floor plan, its orientation and photographs. If you are in Barcelona I can also visit. You receive a written report with the Vastu analysis of the space zone by zone and an audit of recommended improvements that are concrete, prioritised and realistic.
